This cruel, cold place is packed with nasty cages and dogs that aren't much better. Humans breed wolves with dogs here to make big money off the hybrid pups. Most of these animals are over bred and underfed.
If you wind up in this place, you will most likely catch some of the many diseases that run through here. The place is never cleaned and a nasty smell stains the walls and floors of the place.
